Vulnerable women benefit (VWB) Program
The VWB program is similar to social security. Women who are insolvent, widowed, divorced, or have no earning member in their family will benefit from the plan. The ladies chosen for the initiative will be those who are landless or possess less than.15 decimal land.

Child Labour Protection Program
Rising Popular Optional Foundation (RPO Foundation) in 2022-2023, RPO Foundation works with 893 Nos child laborerrs in Barishal District town along with ministry of labour and Employment Goverment of Bangladesh.The project was implemented by the Bangladesh goverment and NGOs with the support of the ILO. The main objective of this project is to stop child labour.That is those children between the ages of 10-17 years who do risky work are found and brough together,they are developed vertically though a six month education program an four month tacnical traning. The main goal or objective of the organization is to bring back these velnerable children to a beautiful and normal life.
Rain Water Harvesting plant (RWHP) Program
Rainwater collecting plants are widely employed in locations where clean water is rare or expensive, or where contamination of the water is a worry. They function by taking use of roofs, walls, and other surfaces’ inherent propensity to absorb and store rainfall.
Fisheries Program
In order to facilitate shrimps culture RPO Foundation started the program to culture. The program started just with the start of new program.
Disaster Management Program
A very large number of houses in both rural and urban areas are destroyed fully or partially every year, by such natural disasters as cyclone, tornadoes, flood, and river-bank erosion or by fire. Proper measures need to be taken to replace such housing units by new housing or by repair, if partially damaged. Disaster housing reconstruction schemes may be taken and special housing loans may also be provided for quick rehabilitation. Rehabilitation of households affected by natural calamities will be made. RPO Foundation will provide assistance for reconstruction and essential services, within the national scheme of calamity relief.
People's Nutrition and Health Program
Proper nutrition is a cornerstone of human development, and ensuring optimal nutrition for both children and mothers is crucial for building a healthy and productive society. This concept note presents an innovative approach to addressing the nutritional needs of children and mothers through an integrated program that combines medical support and ntritious mid-day meals.
